I find that one of the most controversial debates is over Fluoride and weather it is really safe for you, let alone helps you keep healthy teeth. My personal opinion is that is it as far from safe a acid and poison and lave is, you get the point. I avoid it like the plague now and only use natural toothpastes made from clay. What do you think and why?
